Dan, they won't be letting the grass grow. I believe the contractual agreement with Semancor for the 4 additional CTRP's and the 6 chrome scrubbing plants (of which 1 has now been commissioned) sets an 07 time limit.

A remarkable amount of work has already been done, and these guys have the technical nous to get there easily. The first chrome washing plant came in on time and under budget.

Any funds that need raising will come to Ed like a shot.
