My squiggly lines are starting to turn but not enough to convince myself, however it is looking better everyday. Downside risk remains as this 1% range above/below 34.00 is becoming increasingly annoying but a close above 34.20 would be bullish IMO. I would still use tight stops until a ST trend has been established and then I would ride it until it breaks.
Shorts are declining in FLT but personally I would never use that as an indicator.
