Not much said about value of $30m Franking Credits held by Vision.

I'd say offer somewhat short, perhaps by a cash element of 25 cents per Vision share. Welcome, but likely no cigar.

PHG may need to do a cash raising first.

Combined vehicle looks interesting with a lot of fire power and well leveraged.

Unfortunately for Wyllie, if PRY and some funds like Forager don't accept, stuck with 16% holding.

Interesting to see PRY response.
