Look I agree with you, however, BPT have shown themselves as being poor decision makers and have lost a lot of shareholders money and value. What makes you think that the Board and Executive of BPT are the right people. Yes they are trying to fix it - but that's the symptom, what's the cause?? Incompetence, lack of understanding, greed, etc etc ???? Not the best way to run a company I think and DLS shareholders will loose out unless there is a total overhaul of the BPT board and management. That's of course if we believe that a merger of these two is inevitable.

To be quite frank I do not believe anything that is coming out of anyones mouth or what I read in the media. As you say laughable.
