Ann: Board Appointment, Buy-back and update on Suspension, page-7

I did manage to speak with Vas, the company secretary at ~5pm on Friday and it seems this issue has been slow to resolve and everything is in limbo until a deal is finalised.
The buyback is for some investors to jump ship and I am going to keep my powder dry until there is something definitive. At this point, it would be stupid to act without careful consideration over the facts (if they ever come to light).
