Guess that provides some insight into possible value multiples...

CRK has approx 32,000 net acres in/around Burleson county - albeit they impaired most of the southern part. Approx 18,400 acres in the oil window.

On acreage basis, $115M is either $3,593 per acre or if taken on just 18,400 its $6,250/acre.

I believe all of Birch is in the oil window ... so go with $6K (tops as its small and not all contiguous).

Only flowing production boe basis its about $39K/Boe.

Can't see AKK getting over $9M but hope is there for over $6M.
