Ann: Update re Northern Star HoA, page-15

Rubbish, in my humble opine. The Supreme Court route was so that this could be dealt with quickly and finally. Completely logical next step for TAM. Who knows what the lawyers for MLX were saying, but one thing is for sure, the Supreme Court ceases the carry-on. Playing ping pong with lawyers on the other side is a waste of time. (Been there done that. I have a lot of experience of lawyers who can cohesively argue all day long that Black is in fact White. It's like arguing with your mother...waste of time).

As I have stated previously on this thread, I would not be interested in TAM, at this juncture, other than that the Board has some serious legal fire power who would completely understand the legal position of this matter. Clearly they have not been able to get much sense from the other side (my pure guess), so they have gone to the umpire. The Supreme Court is the obvious appropriate next step. I also note that NST fully believe things are proceeding (refer recent presentation). That also gives me further confidence.

Be interesting to see how this plays out the next few months. I have a 15c price target for TAM in the near term. Might be crazy, probably am. Big fan of NST too.... $15 share in the making. GLTA
