Things would change very quickly again if KCN were able to announce they had a mining permit for Chatree North.
It's quite interesting or is it hypocritical? how AND correctly point out that KCN's expansion requires a mining permit for Chatree North and this has not yet been received, but fail to even notice that they DO NOT have a mining permit and if and when they are ready to construct a mine will ALSO need to obtain a mining permit from the relevant authorities.
Failure to be given one and they won't even have a mine!
