im taking this announcement as good news, new JV, new position for a director. If not, a new director with direct skills and knowledge to the industry. Probably explains the last few days selling as David exits his shares.
Glad they finally reduced their salaries as well, shows they are serious about conserving cash and plan to get things going forward soon.
