Anyone read this takeover bid???
Seems very very opportunistic to me.......Basically they want to pay $8M for SRK but only if the company has minimum $8M in the bank and then they'll get all the mining tenements for free (which mind you were bid at US$500M back in the heyday).
Surely this isn't in shareholder interests?
