In theory, the Directors could (and should) have been turfed a while back. A minority of shareholders could easily have proven a fraud on the minority after the funding announcement debacle. Sadly this never happened and the Directors then continued to blow smoke and mirrors by further misleading shareholders with nonsense stories about the 'Chinese' investing. It wouldn't be too late for new Directors to take over but take over what? There are no assets in the company. If there were assets there, someone would have come in a long time ago.
