anything under $4 here is cheap, im waiting for $3.75-$3.80 before buying in again, uber is not all its cracked up to be, I read some blogs written by guys driving uber and they say there is such a huge turnover of drivers in not funny, everyone thinks you can make $2,000/wk driving uber and its nothing like that at all, mon-fri they write there is very very little work, most of it is fri and sat nights.
But they say Uber pay the fines issued by transport, and one guy said some drunk spilt rum/coke on his backseat, he had it detailed and sent the bill to uber and they re imbursed him.
Uber drivers also complain about the rating system, passengers rate drivers and drivers rate passengers, if your driver rating falls below a certain point, out of 5, than customers simply wont chose you off the system, also some drivers complain that if they reject too many jobs (because they are short fares or dodgy customers with low ratings) than uber gives you a warning and kicks you out, also I read sometimes uber makes drivers drive 8km for a fare, and the fare is only going 800m down the road.
You need a car that no more than 8yrs old to drive for them, so if your car is already 5yrs old, you need a new one in 3yrs, but on this blog some guy said uber give you a smart phone for free, but the catch is its only got the uber app on there, and you cant use it for anything else because its all blocked, and you have to pay uber $10/wk to rent the phone.

So its not all its cracked up to be, some guy on this blog even wrote uber will be gone one day.
