    If AND are so undervalued and worth at least 50 cents like the small AND shareholders here have been posting then AND should not have been smashed down as low as 34 cents today.

    AND should be able to hold its price irrespective of what KCN does.

    The simple fact is:

    AND'S PRICE IS DEPENDENT ON KCN TO DRAG IT UP.
