Appears to have been sold down on low volume again today; maybe we are heading back to below 4 cents which is huge disappointment. I wonder who really is selling these small parcels of shares as it seems pointless? While the news seems positive obviously the lack of direction from OEX management on future funding is hurting the underlying share price considering the option money is pretty much dead now it appears they are struggling to secure funding. IMO OEX current management burning too many investors are narrowing their ability get more funding when word gets around of spending all this money with not much to show for it.
