hey everyone,
there seems to be a serious fire hazard problem when gpz7000 is being charged with in car in the cig lighter.
read the prospecting forums.
already about 5 cases of shorting out and frayed wires. apparently ML are aware of the problem. hopefully there's a fix otherwise recall would be required for something as serious as this.
Youtube videos suggest the Minelab 7000 is a winner, page-15
