its all exposed. Nothing hidden. Thats the capitalistic system thats on offer. Directors, ASX and ASIC are part of the action. Some investments are winners and some loosers for shareholders. However the three players always win. A bit like the casino.

You can be critical of directors skimming fees and benefits but all companies do that. Some like OKAP do it so well and get away with it. Both you and I know that. Both ASIC and the ASX obviously encourage this environment. If you do not like it then keep your money under the matress.

Its a risk environment.
