Bit rough saying management are incompetent if they can't manage a farm out in 6 months during a bleak time in unconventionals. I wouldn't like to be trying to drum up interest right now.
Incompetent for going through so much court action that OBL are now trying to farm out in a bleak time maybe.. But a good farm in over the next 6 months is actually no small thing. I'd also be wary of what OBL could get. I mean if you want a farm in at all costs I'm sure a small crappy one with bad terms could be arranged!
