Many thanks for the post Peppa...I think everyone should watch the video a few times just to get a grasp of what is being said and the (almost) unlimited potential that Graphene possesses. The use of Graphene as a very cheap method of cleansing water is enough in itself to warrant attention.

The EU are spending 1Billion Euro on R&D over the next ten years. They have enough foresight to recognise the importance of the material, I believe that Graphite is recognised in the top three materials classified as strategically important.

Here in Australia we do channel money into Graphene research via various Universities in South Australia and Victoria, however at a mere fraction of what the Europeans are doing. Such a pity that a footballer can command more for a contract over ten years than a University can get for funding.

Hopefully big business will get off their bums sooner rather than later and get right behind what will be a game changer.
