The interesting point is who is behind Kandahar?

The secured creditor obviously wants Kandahar even if it seems like a worse deal on paper initially for him and the other creditors.

There is an obvious reason.

From now until the company re lists at the end of the year, exploration lease will be sorted as well as funding via equity raising.

The new make up of directors in Idc and who runs the company will be revealed and a new Idc will be born.
