    The non-renounceable rights issue is to be priced at 30 cents per Sydney Gas share.

    Wonder how many will take up the offer now that the share price is 30.5c

    The new convertible notes will carry an interest rate of 10.5% per year (compared with the expiring notes of 12% per year) and will be convertible into one ordinary share at a conversion price of 42.5 cents per share.
