ASX states that 3DM has 375,368,820 ordinary shares issued I am assuming this includes the funds to be released from escrow however not entirely sure ? Either way 113,000,000 extra share likely impact SP adversely.
Perhaps impending release reason for SP action today (coupled with EOFY sell off)?
