    Some quick back of envelope calculations:

    Spend is around $1m quarter staff/admin/marketing/costs

    At current volume say 5 sales day x $311 per sale (using most recent quarterly of 90 sales with $28k income) circa 500k in sales revenue p.a.

    Still running at approx $3.5m loss p.a with $4m year overheads.

    Sales need to be circa 12,000 year/ 1000 month/ 30 day to break even if costs stay true.

    Breaking into USA may see 500% growth in sales which would only equate by my reckoning to $0 net profit after costs.

    As I really know FA about this company, I have no idea if they receive any trailing income from sales, have other products etc, prob get some kind of R and D reimbursement, anyway that's my two bobs worth.

    Anyone can correct my calcs or can enlighten me to anything potentially missed that would change calcs considerably?
