Fair call, they do seem to be letting a lot of projects go, yet could be a good thing in a tough capital market. Not many companies doing deals ATM. I suppose it's a question of risk. Risk spending their own money on projects & targets, or attract external investment by giving away equity, using other people's money to derisk projects. After all, a little bit of something is better than 100% of nothing....
