We need to sack the Resources Minister and appoint one
with an economics-business background to plot a plan to
break the Australian Boom/Bust cycle and diversify our
resources' exports in either raw or manufactured form
so that we are not so dependant on a few countries; particuluarly China.

We have the cheapest Iron Ore, coking coal , LNG , alumina, & copper
in the world . by processing these minerals here to meet a wide array
of countries' needs we can break the back of the minerals boom/bust
cycle for once and for all.

Leaving this to the private "free market" is simply stupid because
the multinationals that we currently depend on are noy trustworthy.
If we want the best result for Australia we should elect poloticians
who put Australia first and not the commercial interests of multinationals
who will diddle us at the drop of a hat.

Just look at the recent Senate inquiry results!
