I'm not sure if I was supposed to share this part on hot copper navygulf, but I don't see anything that is market sensitive, the local Papuans are made up of three tribes which don't necessarily sing from the same hymn sheet, we have local gov't officials, mining dep't officials, army personnel, police force personnel, and of course hundreds of illegal miners, all on site all with different reasons and interests, and I'm guessing all having an effect on whether the site is considered safe or not.
