Thank you to all above, I was looking at HIL as a possible gamble but I think there is plenty more pain to come after reading here.
I did wonder about the decision of  putting the COO in as CEO.
Surely some new talent would be a good thing?
I suppose the board thinks "better the devil you know" but this looks like a dead duck or at the very least a crook chook, so another opinion is called for.
Yes as antibody said there are some consultants available for hire who could give an objective opinion.
I'm sure some amongst us could do a better job than has been done recently.
What does the board have to hide?
