To me its simple, QAN are taking action in regards to saving money, they are presently running multi billion dollar optimisation projects, and realising actual savings, and considerable ones at that. VAH is sitting around almost idle internally making little to no change, not anything of substance anyway. Continuing to plow an almost never ending stream of money into building its revised VA brand and product, but not achieving the ticket revenue/yield to pay for it.
