You will need to experiment a little with paint I guess, but once you have used it a bit, it is very quick and easy.
First, copy the image and paste directly into paint (I know you can already do this).
Then click on the text button arrowed.

If you need more room for the text, click and drag the little square in the bottom corner.

Then click and drag to open a text box below the image, and you will then be able to copy and paste the text from hotcopper into the text box.
Once the text is in there, you can adjust the size of the box by clicking and dragging the little squares that border the text box, the text will automatically adjust.
When the text is how you want it, click somewhere on the page, and the text box border will disappear, and the text will be set.
Then you can print or save to a folder.
