Apart from the fact that it is subject to due diligence and financing (still no detail of those conditions), it simply means they can resell the same content you can get in many other places - with six months free in some cases. While it is positive in terms of the content they can deliver (happy to admit that) if it ever comes to fruition I can't see it gives them a competitive advantage. Why is anyone going to pay for Presto content through QFX when they can toddle down the road and get months of it for nothing?

Anywhohow, they're going to have to survive long enough to deliver.....
