Downside,

Following the share price action this week it is now KCN that will need to pull a rabbit out of the hat to acquire AND.

If KCN are unable to acquire AND then one has to question their bid timing and strategy.

I assumed when KCN made the bid that they would have an impending announcement which would support and push up the KCN share price.

At this stage it looks like they did not - unless it is the trump they are keeping till the last moment.
