Pardon the possible stupid questions:
- I don't think it is, but could the sale of AMM script by VOC prior to the Scheme vote be seen as possible price manipulation, especially since VOC made approx. $ 7.7 mil profit ($1.86 to $2.15) in the favourable movement in such a short time?
- If not then what is the opinion of others about them taking this quick profit and running?
- Regardless of other factors, the voting and proxy number on the day, prior to the meeting must have had some effect on the “postponement” of the meeting, does anyone think this vote will still happen?
