    It looks like Oroton was a pure reseller of Lauren's product. But it looks like Oroton makes its own products as well - such as handbags - and Oroton pursues exclusive retailing of those products through its own branded stores. Is that right?

    Was the Lauren product all sold in the Oroton retail stores, or was Oroton operating separate Lauren-branded stores in parallel to its own?
