Its the most underwhelming reverse take-over I've seen in a while.

We've waited well over a year for them to find an asset they like and to bring it into the company. We get one that doesn't cause a flicker in the share price. Directors have a lot of answers to give shareholders, as to the late change of direction etc and should be out promoting the deal, if its that good because the market thinks otherwise
