What a joke ... are we all treated as fools by this mob. IMO what a pathetic response to a very serious breach of trust by the Board and Mr. Darby in particular.

Some relevant facts .....

1. Seems Lia has been ejected from GXN management yesterday as their board get serious on reorganization and they recognize her contributions to their current situation. I am sure she now has plenty of time to use her talents at CDB and, of course, bill accordingly. PRW is having a major EGM next month to vote to remove Darby/Mortimer from their board and launch an full investigation into Director fee claims and past practices. IMO some important background to the announcements at CDB today.
2. Stavros has done a runner along with every other "non family" Director since formation. The new Chairman is an unknown low level PR manager at some tear sheet with no experience in mining, management or listed companies ... it is a sick joke.
3. Glenn HAS TO BE SUSPENDED from any and ALL active roles at CDB. He is an embarrassment to CDB and an embarrassment to Australian management. I am not commenting on his rape appeal but he should be totally removed from the company ... his presence, even as a non-executive director, is not in the SH best interests. He and Lia still control the Board and therefor the Board is still influenced by Glenn's presence.

As to the proposed consolidation and CR .... the piggy bank is empty, GXN has cast them out and PRW is about to do the same.

This return to the market with NO new projects, the same infamous management team and no updates just means to repeat the same things we have seen since listing and a reload of the family expense accounts for the next few years.

With the 30:1 consolidation SH will see their holdings further plummet as the consolidation only resets the base line and, with the "same old, same old" we aren't going to see any upwards in this stock.
