Sorry to break up this love-in, but there is no Free Cash Flow, and the price of a couple of drill-and-fracs is the total MC of this "company". And they don't have the cash to pay for the work.

Within 2-3 months the management and salaries will have sucked it dry, there will be debt to worry about, and no real prospects of anything happening. It will be as rabbits in the headlights for them.

RC abandoned (can't win them all), the Landstead deal was a shocker and this nice little junior, in the sweet spot, with gushers spewing has all but expired, I'm afraid.
