I think the same applies for some of the numbers etc.

I read an article that said Strauss had rented a barn and converted it to a lab. Trying to find the link.

The original ann. was for a "Landmark Acquisition" from what I can make of it it's a reverse take over, it's safe to assume that all the shipmates will still be involved somewhere.

Note - It was stated in the first ann. that there are 3 growing seasons and
"year round sun light"
this was changed to 2 growing seasons in the subsequent ann.
