Guess ChiX Australia as an idea fell apart. Wonder whether ChiX paid any tax on the money they made b4 losses. ASX is now an effective monopoly not that u would know it from the way it is trading. Perhaps the SGX might have a go if BHP wins its tax cases. The ATO can't have that much money to waste fighting Court battles on Australia's convoluted, confused and complex tax system surely?
