Until the overhang from last years CR gets filled...the SP won't get past 0.003

The Board will seek to place the resultant shortfall of 1,749,755,158 New Shares at their sole discretion to any party, other than to related parties, at an issue price of not less than $0.003 per New Share

If the "funding" turns out to be "Team Presto" taking all those shares....?

That will be the Ann that will send the SP sky high.

PS... I got $5,249,265

With  1,816,546,432 shares currently on issue that would give whoever bought all those shares nearly 50% of the company.

Don't think that would wash well with Stan?
