After speaking with the CEO, i was directed to the link http://www.tissuetherapies.com/Announcements.cfm on the TIS website. I think this would have been better served as an attachment to the  company update on the 23/4/15. I personally dont look at the company websites.
Very informative with a clear picture of what has happened and why.
More importantly what next will become clearer over the next few weeks.
I think a hiccup but only a hiccup and for me this is still worth holding.
