In the shareholder letter it stated that the company was aiming at getting 50% of the vote prior to the meeting to prevent the meeting from taking place. Has this happened? Haha of course not! Will the meeting take place? Of course it will!
My questions is this. I can understand those being voted out voting for themselves to stay in. But why would anyone else vote for them? Is there an ulterior motive? Obviously no one would be voting to keep the current team in based on performance. So why else would anyone be attempting to keep them in?
This is an area which certainly isn't my expertise but I have a question. As a director of Rubicor, should the director be voting as a representative of the shareholders or as a shareholder in their own right?
