I am interested to know how WG can claim to be able to do 3 crops per year when the climate in Uruguay doesn't seem amenable to more than one outdoor season. Some of the reportage about production for the medical/recreational market suggests that the Government's target price of $1 per gram is unachievable because of the need to grow under lights and the high cost of electricity in Uruguay. The impression given by the press release is that the factory is on the land. If so, how can it be in the business park on the outskirts of Montevideo? Is the land owned or leased? It seems to be the latter, not that this is a problem. Is the state of art laboratory just a converted barn, as suggested in an article about the earlier attempt from WG to hook up with a Canadian miner? This all affects the value of the business. If the bulk of the price is for IP held in the head of Strauss, what does he have that justifies the dilution of share value that will come with issuing 1.5 billion more?
