Skeptic, I was already a holder before the planned IPO (as part of the non-listed Company) and yes did also buy into IPO but obviously got that cash back. I have now put my cash where my mouth is and taken a position in the SBN CR. I have also been a SBN shareholder for some time so for me it's nice that they are "Marrying up" as I liked the two Companies.
I like biotechs, being a holder of OSL/ACW/RNO but they are all not without their risks so DYOR but I honestly believe at these prices SBN is a good buy.
As for nothing in recent announcements - I have no idea what was going on behind the scenes but I am guessing this was a very recent decision by both Companies and probably took some planning to achieve.
