    Given the technical aspects of the deposit, it will be very simple to mine - this is part of the reason why the MC is so high. All start-ups have their challenges, however, I would consider the operational risk low-medium.

    Probably more a merger than a t/o. Everything will hinge on Creasy - he gives nothing away for free.
