SkyFii Limited (ASX:SKF) has entered a trading halt as it looks to a material capital raising for its data services business.
At March end it held $1.5 million in cash.
The company offers public Wi-Fi in exchange for content for advertisers including the retail sector.
The trading halt is to last until Thursday, 14 May 2015.
