Hi Eldruku , I have been in AJA about 5 years , bought very well , Tokyo is the place to be for a capital gain re-rate , property valuations will flow through this year , possible to see a take over from a Japan based CO when trading this far under NTA , Tishman Spire Property trust , management and a US hedge fund got together , I held from 7c to $1 US take over offer, those were the days , AJA goes ex dividend on 25th June , the extra 4c AJA is chicken feed compared to 15c dividend gained by holding , good luck all.
