Robert Millner ,an API director and a very astute investor bought 100,000 API shares on 3oth January 2015 at 93 cents and another 100,000 on April 24 at $1.63.Pity other directors are not showing the same degree of confidence. The share price does appear fully priced for the moment but if Mr Millner's astuteness gets the same reward as his last buy at 93c with a similar increase, we small investors will all be delighted. Is a takeover possible?
