Market Cap and only 1.2m cash on hand last quarter company is almost out of cash, fact it's in the balance sheet.
Failed cap raising again point to the company unable to raise more capital and out of options to do so again, fact. The music has stopped as far as being able to survive from one CR to next which is the only reason the company has lasted as long as it has.
If your still so bullish how can you see the company raising more capital from here? Or like Langsford still hoping for a white knight to show up with 10m plus?
QFX today is just a shell, technically insolvent for years and wouldn't be surprised if now they are trading as insolvent.
QFX refusing to die? It died a long time ago now for investors the MC and SP have flat lined with no hope what so ever of ever returning a single dime back to investors. It's worthless script in a bottom drawer and only worth a loss against future capital gains. (sell while you still can).
Company has been a turkey for years financially and fundamentally they've always been a basket case with no hope. Company only achievement has been to pay exorbitant directors salaries and large commissions to brokers for CRs borrowed from investors equity.
Over ten years in business and not a single dollar in profit is shameful, Langsford should of never come back as CEO and resigned a long time ago.
