Why would you fly to Melbourne to gamble in Australia's largest(ugliest?) building...Melbourne (& perth) offers little attraction to the chinese tourist and is geographically disadvantaged.
Tony Fung and Aquis have just bought Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast last month and have stated they want to redevelop it with a Casino. That will force EGP to upgrade Jupiters which is a good thing.
