Could BOQ be affected by the recent adverse Qld weather conditions?
Could they be suspending mortgage payments and or interest for those who have lost their homes, businesses, etc?
I read this morning that business confidence in Qld has taken a hit since the change of government.
I guess there is a lot of negative issues that will put downward pressure on local business.
In the meantime though, this presents a great buying opportunity for those chasing dividend yields.
