I take your point, but wouldn't they have to have an accurate financial starting point for the March quarter in order to compile the report, and that would certainly depend upon resolution of the outstanding issue I would think.

But anyway, as with the Activities Report, are they obligated to release something by month's end even while in suspension? My guess is 'no' and that they'll stay in suspension a little longer.

No I believe they are still obliged to issue their Appendix 4C whether in suspension or not. I've certainly seen them issued for other stocks in suspension. They have made 5 announcements since suspension.
